WHAT WE LOVE...

A beautiful hotel retreat set up with wellness in mind, sat within a pine forest so you can dip in and out of mindful nature. Moments from Mystras village and close to historic castles and larger towns, there is plenty to do outside. The food offering is fresh and diverse, drawing on nutritious produce, with locality and seasonality at its heart. The spa is superb and the treatments on offer are particularly good, such as the Five Elements utilising ancient philosophies. Activities are offered daily - they are both energetic and high intensity as well as slower paced, reflective and restorative, bringing you closer to your true self and the world around you. In summer you can swim outside and lounge on sunbeds, and in winter, immerse in the Californian hot tub.

Style & Character

Ideal for an individual getaway to restore and relax, though a companion with the same ideals would enjoy it too. The symbolic flower found on wall-hangings, plates, and screen dividers created unison in the hotel's ambience.

We loved the water footbaths in the spa enabling you to reap the benefits of Kneipp Therapy.
