WHAT WE LOVE...

Fans of Victoriana will love this eccentric townhouse hotel in the heart of fashionable Marylebone. Enter into Seymour's Parlour and you'll be greeted by an eyeful of trinkets and curios, paintings and pottery that fill the walls and cabinets around the comfortable living room furniture. Rooms continue the theme with elaborate suites containing their own sitting rooms and bathrooms with walls papered in antique maps or old newspapers. Little luxurious touches such as hot water bottles, Marshall speakers and REN bath products add to the feeling of decadence, and if you book a suite at the top of the house, you'll also get an outdoor bathtub. The cocktails in the parlour are the highlight, created with homemade ingredients and served with flair.

Style & Character

Perfect for fun-loving couples and lovers of Victoriana. The oil-painted panels on the ceiling of the parlour give you something to admire when you lean back in your armchair.

Rooms

The quirky and eccentric 24 rooms and suites are what makes this place so popular. Some rooms are a little snug but there is a lavishness to them, with antique telephones, damask drapes and antique writing desks. Bathrooms are thankfully more modern, with tiled bathrooms with tubs or showers. Number 11 is a suite with a palatially furnished sitting room and a bathroom papered with antique maps.

Deluxe Double, Deluxe King, Junior Suite, Lear's Loft
Facilities include: ensuite bathroom with toiletries, TV, desk, free Wi-Fi

Food & Drink

We love the morning coffee from Ozone Coffee Roasters. Uncle Seymour's afternoon tea comes with croque monsieur and a sausage and haggis roll among the dainty cakes.

Seymour's Parlour: drinks, cocktails, small plates. Open Tues-Thurs 4-11pm, weekends 4pm-midnight. Dishes from £6.
Afternoon tea: served Weds-Sun 12-4pm. From £39.50pp.
