WHAT WE LOVE...
A glamorous resort on the seafront just a five-minute drive from the marina and shops at Portals Nous and 15 minutes from the centre of Palma de Mallorca. This five-star hotel delivers on every level, from the manicured grounds and sparkling clean swimming pools, to the tranquil adult-only spa, the kids club with playground and the exceptional cuisine in both the brasserie-style Aqua restaurant and Michelin-starred Es Fum. At the stylish teal-tiled bar a nightly ritual of sabering a champagne bottle brings guests together who are mainly a mix of well-heeled Germans and Brits (the resort is equidistant between the English and German bases on the island). All of the spacious and luxurious rooms come with butler service and balconies or garden access.
