Board an expedition ship to visit Scotland, Northern Ireland, Wales, the Isle of Man, and Ireland

Board the MS Spitsbergen in Glasgow for a fascinating week-long cruise around the Irish Sea that takes you on a figure-of-eight trip to highlights of Northern Ireland, the Isle of Man, Wales, and Ireland before returning to Scotland.

You'll wake up in a new destination every morning, balancing time at leisure to explore highlights that take your interest with planned excursions with your fellow passengers. You'll travel from Glasgow to Portrush, then onwards to Belfast, Douglas on the Isle of Man, Fishguard in Wales, and Dublin, before returning to Glasgow.

Six tours are included, offering plenty of opportunities to get to know these destinations better. You'll see the mysterious Giant's Causeway, be a shepherd for the afternoon in Portrush, get to know the birdlife in Belfast with a visit to WWT Castle Espie Wetlands Centre, and visit the UK's smallest city on a trip to St Davids in Wales.

This cruise has an environmental focus too. You'll get to join volunteers in Dublin and on the Isle of Man to help clean up their beaches and learn about what must be done to protect these areas for future generations.

Evenings are spent on board, chatting to like-minded guests about the adventures of the day over dinner in the ship's restaurant. A knowledgeable onboard crew is on hand to answer your questions, and the ship is equipped with a Science Centre and library for furthering your knowledge about destinations in the Irish Sea.
